Sex Therapy

Sex Therapy

Sex is an important part of life and it is a very personal thing. Talking about it can be embarrassing.

But talking is often the best thing you can do to improve your sex life.

Sex Therapy works, a massive 93% of clients who responded to Relate’s national survey said that PST had improved their sex lives. Many reported having sex again for the first time in years.

All couples go through phases where they don’t have the time or energy for regular sex. It’s natural to want better sex and sometimes there are specific psychological or medical reasons for your difficulties.

Our sex therapists work with all kinds of issues, including difficulties with penetration, erections, painful sex, loss of desire.

We know if can feel embarrassing to come and talk with someone about sexual matters but all our  sex therapists are trained to work with a wide range of problems and are able to respond empathically and helpfully to whatever dilemma our clients may bring.

No one is asked to do anything at the sessions other than talk.  If you and your therapist decide that sex therapy is likely to be useful,   he or she will design a course of treatment to address the specific problem or problems and of course you can come on your own or with a partner.

Don’t be embarrassed about it – get help from our experts.
